On 16th NPC’s Contributions to Party’s Building Theory from the Viewpoint of Party’s Historical Development

党的历史是不断发展壮大的历史,党的十六大对党的指导思想、党的性质、党的执政基础和党的建设的着力点进行了丰富和发展,作出了新的理论贡献,为新世纪加强党的建设指明了方向。

The Party has an unceasingly growing and developing history. The Party’s guiding ideology, nature, ruling basis and emphasis of building have been enriched and developed in the 16th National People’s Congress. So new theoretical contributions have been made to point out a new path to strengthen Party’s buiding in the new century.
