摘要
:以陆两优63、金优402、株两优02等三个杂交组合为材料,以它们各自的亲本为对照,在不同浸种时间、老化处理下,对其发芽率、发芽势、脱氢酶活性和种子生活力等进行了研究。结果表明:杂交水稻种子萌发所需最佳浸种时间比常规水稻种子短、种子活力及脱氢酶活性高于常规水稻,但耐老化能力低于常规水稻种子。
Under different soaking and aging time,germinating percentage、dehydrogenase living and seed living of hybrid rice seeds of Luliangyou63、Jinyou402、Zhuliangyou02 are studied with their parents as controls.It shows that hybrid rice seeds have shorter soaking time 、higher seeds living and dehydrogenase living but weaker aging time than regular rice seeds.
