摘要
科学的土地利用效率指标体系是客观评价土地利用效率的基础。针对土地利用各种类型的特点、土地利用效率的不同问题,提出测度多种评价要求的土地利用效率指标。该指标体系重在考虑土地的可转化性,探讨指标评价方法,以满足不同评价标准的要求。
The index system of scientific land utility efficiency is the base to objectively evaluate land utility efficiency. In (this) article, index to satisfy various evaluation request is designed according to the properties of land utilizing type and the (different) evaluation demands by considering the land converting and combining the multiple and single evaluating index.
