摘要
西方发达国家中 ,职工持股使企业职工的经济地位出现二重性 ,即职工从过去的雇佣劳动者转变为兼有劳动者与财产所有者的双重身份 ,从而使企业形成了一种联合的产权制度。这种联合产权制度为职工参与企业管理提供了财产基础和制度条件 ,表明劳资关系发生了一些新的变化。但是 ,在资本主义经济制度下 ,这种变化受到相当程度的约束 ,更多地表现为企业管理制度的边际调整。
The worker’status has changed from that as pure employee to that as employee + owner with the occurrence of ESOP-employee stock ownership scheme in the developed countries in the West, thus forming a combined-property ownership. This innovation provides the workers with the basic institution of management, showing some changes in the relations between labor and capital. Under the capitalist economic system, however, these changes are to a greater extent limited to the marginal regulation in management of enterprises.
