PROTECTION AND EXPLOITATION OF THE BLACK-CLOTHES ZHUANG CULTURE UNDER THE NEW CIRCUMSTANCES

在现代社会的进程中 ,传统的黑衣壮文化受到了现代文明的严重冲击 ,方方面面都发生了改变 ,许多传统文化形式面临着失传的命运。如何在发展中实现保护 ,在保护中进行开发 ,成为了黑衣壮人、研究者、政府以及商业人士共同关注的问题。在黑衣壮文化保护与开发的理论建构上 ,研究者们在实地调查的基础上进行了深入的探讨 ,认为 :文化需要在活的历史潮流中取得发展。传统文化的内涵是文化发展的基础和源泉 ,任何脱离传统的文化发展都将是无本之木、无源之水 ,难以有长久生命力。因此 ,黑衣壮文化须以开发为途径 ,以保护为目的 ,以培养黑衣壮本民族的民族自觉意识为根本 ,协调社会各方面力量 ,群策群力 ,共同努力。

In the progress of the modern society, the traditional Black-Clothes Zhuang culture has undergone severe shock with the advent of the modern civilization. Changes have taken place in various aspects, and many forms of the culture have been lost. It has become a matter of great concern for the Black-Clothes Zhuang people, researchers, the government and business people to solve the problem on how to protect the culture in the course of exploitation and how to exploit it in the course of protection. Thorough discussions have held by researchers on the basis of on-the-spot investigations concerning the theoretical framework of how to protect and develop the Black-Clothes Zhuang culture. It has been generally agreed that culture shall develop in the real historical trend. The implied meaning of traditional culture is the basis and source of cultural development, and without it cultural development will be impossible or short-lived. In the preservation of the Black-Clothes Zhuang culture, we should take exploitation as the channel, protection as the goal, fostering the self-consciousness of the Black-Clothes Zhuangs as the foundation. And joint efforts of people from all walks of life are also very necessary.
