我国蹦床女子网上单人项目现状与发展对策

Present Situation and Developmental Strategy of Female Trampoline Individual Event in China

采用技术统计、文献资料、访谈以及比较等方法,分析了第27届奥运会蹦床比赛女子单人网上决赛成绩,2003年蹦床世界杯女子网上单人决赛成绩,2001年9届全运会女单网上决赛成绩,以及从2002年到2003年连续4届全国蹦床锦标赛和冠军赛。结果表明:我国运动员的动作难度有显著提高,一些运动员动作难度已达到世界前列,自选动作也已经具备了很高水平,但是在规定动作的完成等方面还与世界水平有一定的差距。据此,对我国蹦床女子单人项目的发展以及以后的训练提出一些建议。

By using the methods of technical statistics,documentation,interview and investigation,the author analyzed and compared the data of female single trampoline finals held in 27th Olympic Games and several national trampoline competitions from 2001 to 2003.It has been indicated that some Chinese elite trampolinists can complete the most difficult movements,but there is a long distance of optional movements and movements quality between our competitors and some foreign elite trampolinists.Some suggestions about trampoline training of female individual of China have been put forward.
