美国梧桐种质资源遗传变异的分子研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用RAPD标记的方法从分子水平上研究美国梧桐的 12个种源, 18个随机引物扩增的多态性位点为 80个,高达 66%。研究结果表明:美国梧桐地理种源的有效等位基因数和基因多样度为中等水平;其变异主要来自于种源间,其基因多样性占总量的 77%,种源内的基因多样性仅占 23%。聚类分析将 12个种源划分为 3个类群:来自阿肯色州种源自成一类、I和T种源为一类、其余的 9个种源为一类。 Twelve provenances of sycamore were studied by RAPD markers. There were 80 polymorphic loci when DNAs were amplified with 18 RAPD primers, and its’percentage was up to 66% of total locus. The results indicated that both of effective number of alleles and gene diversity located middle level and genetic variation of these species mainly existed among provenances rather than within provenance. Twelve provenances were divided into three groups by clustering analysis: one was from Arkansas(S), another included I and T, and the others belonged to the third group.
