摘要
采用微生物破壁法研究大花葵中花色苷的提取工艺,考察了固液比、温度、pH值、时间 4个因素对大花葵花色苷的影响,确立大花葵花色苷最佳提取条件为:温度为 30℃,pH值为 4. 5,时间为 72h,固液比为 1∶5。采用微生物破壁萃取工艺可使大花葵花色苷提取率增加 27. 82%。
Extraction technology of anthocyanin in Malva sylvestins L. var. mauntiana Miller was studied by microorganism wall-broken method. Effects of ratio of liquid to material, extraction temperature, extraction time and pH value on anthocyanin were investigated. Optimum extraction condition was determined as follow: ratio of liquid to material was 1∶5, extraction temperature was 30℃, extraction time was 72h, pH was 4.5. If the material was pretreated with microorganism, the yield for anthocyanin could increase by 27.82%.
