摘要 从Bt基因的分类、结构和特性、杀虫机理、在农业上的应用及昆虫对Bt产生抗性的机制等方面进行了论述。 The progress in the study of some novel findings of Bt gene property, diversity, regulation and toxic protein structure is reviewed. In addition, the application of toxic genes to plants and microorganisms as well as the mechanism of insect resistance to Bt are also expounded.
