本文论述了新疆杏产区的环境条件、杏子的生产区间及其种类和品种,并对杏子贮藏保鲜技术进行了可行性分析,通过对新疆杏子资源的研究,可以看出新疆杏子的贮藏与保鲜是一个崭新的领域,本文就此提出一些想法与思路,为新疆杏子贮藏与保鲜技术成熟提供理论基础.

This paper discusses the environmenal condition of apricot area in Xinjiang, the growth area and the varieties of apricot. Furthmore it analyses the technology of storage and keeping fresh of apricot. By the research of the resources of apricot in Xinjiang, it can be seen that it is a brand-new field to store and keep fresh of apricot. The paper provides the theoretical basis of the technology of storage and keeping fresh of apricot.
