Age Identification of Rhombomys Opimus

2002～2003年通过对精河甘家湖荒漠梭梭林国家级自然保护区大沙鼠的实地调查,共进行野外作业9次,设置100m×100m样方40个,采用样方面积夹子法,按5×20进行布夹,共布夹3 964次,捕获大沙鼠(Rhomboms opimus)173只,其中雄94只,雌79只.通过对大沙鼠体重、体长、胴体重、胚胎及产仔情况、性腺发育状况的分析与比较,我们利用差异显著的胴体重为标准,将其划分为5个年龄组.其中雌鼠:1龄组幼体30～67g,2龄组亚成体62-85g,3龄组成体1组85～113g,4龄组成体2组113～147g,5龄组老体139～173g.雄鼠:1龄组幼体33～84g,2龄组亚成体61～102g,3龄组成体1组102～158g,4龄组成体2组113～153g,5龄组老体131～193g.

The investigation on Rhomboms opimuts was carried out in Ganjiahu Wilderness H. persicum State Nature Reservation in Jinhe County. From 2002 to 2003. we conducted 9 times wildness fieldwork, 40 plots were set in the way of 100m×100m, traps were distributed according to 5×20, the total number of traps amounted to 3 964. Measures as plots-area with traps were taken to capture Rhomboms opimus, and consequently 173 were captured including 94 males, 79 females. Through the comparisons and analysis of 173 Rhomboms opimus in terms of body weight, body length, body weight excluding viscera,embryos and little sizes, and testicle development, Rhomboms opimu are divided into five age groups mainly based on body weight excluding viscera as the major index. The body of female juvenile group was 30-67g, subadult was 62-85g, adult Ⅰ was 85-113g, adult Ⅱ was 113-147g and senior was 131-173g. The body of male juvenile group was 33-84g. subadult was 61-102g, adult Ⅰ was 102-158g, adult Ⅱ was 113-153g and senior was 131-193g.
