摘要 介绍了在线性能计算与分析在火电厂厂级监控信息系统(SIS)中的应用情况。基于实时/历史数据库平台上的实时计算引擎,提出厂级、机组级、设备级的性能计算指标及各指标在计算中需注意的问题,并进一步阐述了各指标间的依存关系。同时,对在线性能计算中的实时数据的有效性判断、轴封漏汽流量的计算、湿蒸汽流量与焓的计算等关键问题的处理方法进行详细论述,提出轴封漏汽系数的定义及计算原理、湿蒸汽的嵌套式迭代计算方法。文中提出的方法在某900MW机组SIS的实时性能计算与分析中得到了验证,计算结果满足在线性能计算的实时性及精度要求。 Application of on-line performance calculation and analysis in supervisory information system (SIS) of thermal power plants is introduced in this paper. Based on the calculating engine on the platform of real-time and historical database, performance-calculation indexes of plant level, unit level and equipment level are proposed, and some problems needing attention in calculation are addressed. The dependence relationships of those indexes are also expounded. Meanwhile, it elaborates methods for dealing with the key issues such as validity of real-time data, calculation of flow of shaft seal leakage, and calculation of enthalpy and flow of wet steam. It advances a definition of flow factor of shaft seal leakage and theories for its calculation, and put forwards a nested iteration method in wet steam calculation. The methods mentioned above were proved during application on a 900 MW unit, with the calculating results satisfying the requirements of on-line calculation and precision.
