概述学科馆员制度的发展现状;与高校图书馆相比,指出中国科学院文献情报中心开展学科馆员制度建设面临的问题,阐述建立学科馆员制度的原则,并从组织模式的定位、组织模式的机构设置两个方面重点分析基于这种模式的学科馆员制度建设方略。

The paper summarizes the history and status of the subject librarian system in China. Emphases on how to develop a relatively perfect framework of the subject librarian system in special libraries are put forward. Then an approach (or a pattern) of the subject librarian system in special libraries is proposed based on the experimentation of the library of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
