A Review on the Theory and Methods of Measurement for Informationization Level by Scholars from Japan and the United States——An Exploration on the Measuring Index System of the National Informationization Level in China

在介绍与评价美国、日本等国学者关于信息化水平的测度理论与方法的基础上,分析评价我国国家信息化指标体系,认为我国公布的《国家信息化指标构成方案》在指标体系建立的理论基础,指标体系的全面性与完善性,指标体系的数据收集方法等方面比美、日学者提出的信息化水平测度理论与方法有了进一步发展,并就如何进一步完善国家信息化水平指标体系和指标结构提出建议。

The foundation of the quantitative study of the informationization level was established in the 1960s by scholars from Japan and the United States, who made the study to the theory as well as methods of measuremenl for informationization level.
