清代苏州藏书家版本目录学成就探析

Contributions to Bibliography by Suzhou Book Collectors in Qing Dynasty

通过对钱曾的《读书敏求记》、张金吾的《爱日精庐藏书志》、潘祖荫、叶昌炽《滂熹斋藏书记》、孙从添的《藏书纪要》以及黄丕烈和顾千里在版本题跋方面的成就的介绍、分析,回顾和总结清代苏州藏书家在版本目录学研究领域所做出的贡献,强调其版本目录学研究,对后人鉴定版本目录、考证版本源流具有一定的参考价值。

Edition quality of books was extremely important to readers. In the Qing dynasty the imperial examination was encouraged. Thus the development of imperial examination can be compatible with that of bibliography. Books collection and books printing was a symbol of economical and social prosperities of the Suzhou City in Qing dynasty. Bibliography, textual criticism and documentation reached the peak at that time. The author reviewed and summarized the contribution of the Suzhou book collectors in Qing dynasty from the viewpoint of bibliography.
