摘要
在综合现有“信息能力、信息化、信息素质”等研究成果的基础上,创新性地提出信息商概念,认为信息商就是集成了信息观、信息知识与信息能力而形成的对信息环境的适应、控制与创新能力。分析构成信息商的信息观、信息知识与信息能力三要素的关系,以及此概念的提出,对于图书馆管理与教育领域的意义。
A new conception is put forward based on researches of information, informalization and information literacy. In addition, with this new, conception, this paper further analyzes factors of information intelligence quolient and explains the information intelligence quotient is definited.
