摘要
在导航、通讯、精密计时、测频等仪器中都要求使用高稳定度的晶体振荡器。但由于受晶体的温度频率特性的影响,在温度变化范围较大的使用条件下,频率稳定度下降。因而迫切需要对晶体振荡器进行温度补偿。本文提出的使用微机进行晶体振荡器的温度补偿方法,可以省去大量的理论计算和繁冗的试验,而且可获得较高的补偿精度。同对还介绍了变容二极管的筛选方法和误差分析。
Recently, crystal oscillators are widely used in many instruments which need high stable frequency, such as in navigation, communication, precise timing and frequency measuring, etc. Because of crystal's temper- ature frequency characteristics, the stability of frequency is decreased when the big variation of temperature occurs. Then temperature compen- sation of crystal oscillators is urgently needed, however it involves alar- ge amount of theoretical calculation and complicated experiments. This paper presents a method in which microcomputers are used in temperature compensation of crystal oscillator's frequency, it may find application on many occasions that needs high stable freqency. It may not only dec- rease a large amount of theoretical calculation and complicated experim- ents but also get high accuracy of compensation. Besides, this paper also introduces the selecting way of variode and the analysis of compensation's error.
