摘要
螺旋槽滚刀在径向铲齿后，轴向剖面齿形将发生变化。本文根据铲背造形原理，阐明了变化的原因与规律，并推导出齿形角和齿顶斜角的计算公式。
The tooth form in axial plane of helical groove hobs which are relieved in radial direction will be changed. According to the principle of form-relieved tooth, this article expresses the reason and the law of the variation in profile. Then, the calculation formula for tooth profile angle and angle of inclined tooth top has been derivated.
