聚凝体深部液流转向技术研究与实践 被引量:8

摘要 阐述了聚凝体深部液流转向技术的作用机理,及将其应厢于长期注水开发的羊三木油田,阻止注入水沿注采井窜流的应用成果.聚凝体是一种聚合物的凝胶体.该技术利用了聚凝体的弹性变形特性,研究其在油层多孔介质中可流动特征及其封堵大孔道产生的液流转向能力。在此基础上,完成了羊三木油田一断块丛14、丛19井深部液流转向现场试验,取得了增油降水的效果,在技术和经济上都取得了成功。 The paper mainly elaborates the mechanism of resin grain making fluid turning flowing direction in deep reservoir and its application result of preventing water breakthrough along injection-production wells in Yangsanmu oilfield which has been developed by waterflooding for a long period. Resin grain is a kind of polymer gelinite, or called as pre-crosslinked polymer , volume expansion polymer grain, colloquially named as 'amoeba'. The technology uses resilience deformation character of resin grain, moreover, it studies its flowing character in the porous medium and fluid diversion ability resulted from plugging large pore and channel. Based on these detail research, field test of the technology has been applied in two injection wells block Ⅰ of Yangsanmu oilfield, namely, Well Yangeong 14 and Well Yangcong 19. The effect of increasing oil production and decreasing water cut has been gained, what's more, it achieves technological and economic success and makes a good foundation for its further application in the future.
