摘要
本文给出了在面粉加工企业实施价值链管理的总体设想,即以营销为起点,以采购、产品开发和人力资源管理为后盾,以信息技术为手段,实践细化价值增值环节的管理方式。
In this paper it is presented what management of value chain are implemented in machining flour, namely in order to marketing the management become the backup force on stocking, developing of products and the resource of manpower; with technique of communication as instrument to practice the administration fashion about careful link of increasing value.
