摘要
研究目的探讨某些中枢神经系统疾病血清过氧化脂质(LPO)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)水平的变化。处理方法 47例脑梗塞患者和14例急性一氧化碳中毒后迟发性脑病(DEACMP)患者均在发病一周内抽取空腹静脉血,迅速分离血清,置-20℃冰箱保存,3天内测定。对照组为42例健康人。LPO和GPX测定均采用荧光分光光度法。统计学处理采用t检验。结果脑梗塞患者和DEACMP患者血清LPO明显高于对照组(P<0.01),GPX明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。两组患者LPO/GPX的比值明显高于对照组(P<0.01),且较LPO增高更为明显。结论脑梗塞患者和DEACMP患者血青LPO增高,GPX降低。表明脑缺血或缺氧后脑组织的损伤与自由基引发的脂质过氧化作用增强有关。LPO/GPX的比值作为过氧化损害的检测指标较LPO更为敏感。
Study objective To search the changing of serum Lipid Peroxides ( LPO) content and Glutathione Peroxidase (GPX) activity in some central nervous system diseases.Intervention The venous blood of 47 patirnts with acute cerebral infarction and 14 patients with delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning ( DEACMP) were drawn after attacking within one week, serum separated immediately, and stored in - 20℃ refrigerator. The central is 42 health person. Serum LPO and GPX was measured with fluoroepectrometry. The statistical of determination results was carried out.Results Compared with controls, the serum LPO was signficantly higher and GPX lower in both patients with cerebral infarction and patients with DEACMP. The ratio of LPO to GPX was obviously higher in patients than controls, its increment was more signficant than LPO's.Conclusions The serum LPO content of both patients with cerebral infarction and patients with DEACPM was higher than controls, and GPX lower. Cerebral celluler injury after cerebral ischemia or anoxia might be related to the toxic effects of free radical and it's lipid peroxidation on biomembranes. The LPO-GPX ratio is more sensitive than LPO in detecting injury of lipid peroxidation.
