Standardization and Circulatory Use of Mineral Resources

文章阐述了循环经济及循环经济的三个基本原则 (“3R原则”) ,论证了循环经济与传统经济的区别以及标准化在循环经济中的重要作用 ,提出了通过加强标准化工作 ,进一步推进循环经济发展的一些建议和相关的措施。如加快法规体系建设、采用国际标准和国外先进标准、加强标准化工作。

This paper elaborates the cyclic economy and three basic principles of cyclic economy, demonstrates the differences between the cyclic economy and traditional economy and important role of standardization in implementing recycling economy. The authors put forward some proposals and countermeasures for pushing forward implementing of cyclic economy in China on the basis of reinforcing work on standardization, such as improving the system of laws and regulations, adopting international advanced standards, strengthening the work on the informatization and network and etc.
