摘要
为解决传统故障诊断方法在装备维修保障方面的不足,将故障预测引入到装备维修保障领域,提出了基于动态模糊综合评判的故障预测模型。基于动态隶属度对服役期间故障的发生、发展和系统性能下降的动态变化过程进行描述,给出了动态权重矩阵、动态隶属度的确定方法和常见的隶属函数。并以火炮反后坐装置为例对预测过程予以说明,证明了该方法的有效性和实用性。
To solve the problems which traditional fault diagnosis methods face in armament maintenance, a new fault prediction model based on dynamic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed. Dynamic membership is adopted to describe the dynamic process of fault occurrence, evolution and the decline process of system capability. And detailed confirmation methods of dynamic weight coefficient matrix, dynamic membership functions are given. The validation and practicability are proved by the basic evaluation steps in an example of recoil system.
