It is significant to enhance students' musical gift for their overall development. Music has the function of relieving students' pressure ,meanwhile it is means of spiritual civilization construction.Offering music class to non-music magor's students in colleges and universities is meaningful not only in society aspects, but also in science aspects. So it is necessary to combine the reality condition in order to offer music.
