流式DNA倍体与贲门癌病理特性及预后关系的研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究目的探讨流式DNA倍体与贲门癌的病理特性及预后的关系,为准确判断贲门癌的恶性程度、估价患者预后提供可靠的细胞生物学指标研究背景流式DNA倍体已应用于食管癌、胃癌、肠癌等消化道恶性肿瘤的研究,而贲门癌的流式DNA倍体分析鲜见报道。研究方法应用FACS-420型流式细胞仪(美国)对89例贲门癌的石蜡包埋标本的DNA倍体进行了定量分析,然后对不同倍体类型标本的病理学特性及患者预后进行统计学分析。结果 39例样品中,二倍体11例(28.2%),异倍体28例(71.8%);流式DNA倍体分布与组织学分级、淋巴结转移、浸润深度及患者预后有关,而与年龄、性别、瘤体大小、组织学类型及肉眼类型无关。结论贲门癌细胞的流式DNA倍体分析有助于判断肿瘤的恶性程度及估价预后。 Objective To search for the relationship between flow cytometric DNA 'ploidy and pathologic characteristics and prognosis in cardiac cancer and supply a dependable cellular biologic indicator with determining the malignant extent and evaluating prognosis of the the patients. Background Analysis of flow cytometry DNA ploidy has been used to study esophageal, gastric and intestinal cancer; but rarely in cardiac cancer. Method Thirty-nine specimens paraffin-embeded were analyzed by flow cytometry (FACS - 420, U. S. A), and then, the relationship between DNA ploidy and pathologic characteristics as well as prognosis of patients were studed. Result of 39 samples, 11 cases (28.2%) were diploid (2C) and 28 (71.8%) were aneuploid (AN). The flow cytometric DNA ploidy status was significantly correlated with histopathologic grading, lymphatic metastasis, invasive depth and clinical prognosis, and not with age, sex, size of tumor, types бf adenocarcinoma and naked types. Conclusion Flow cytometric DNA analysis of cardiac cancer can be used to help doctor determine the malignant extent of the cancer and evaluate prognosis of the patients.
