一氧化氮和一氧化氮合酶与川崎病的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 川崎病 (KD)已取代风湿热成为导致小儿后天性心脏病的最常见疾病 ,最近发现一氧化氮 (NO)和一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)在KD及其冠状动脉损害发病机制中发挥重要作用。KD时NO代谢血浆及尿中的产物浓度均明显增高 ,并发冠状动脉损害者其浓度增高更显著 ;诱导型NOS(iNOS)在KD不同阶段不同细胞得到显著表达 ,iNOSmRNA及免疫细胞化学染色表达均阳性 ;冠状动脉瘤的病理检查也发现血管内皮细胞iNOS表达阳性。NO和NOS与KD血清学指标及超声心动图表现存在相关性 ,静脉内免疫球蛋白可能通过阻止iNOS表达和NO产生发挥治疗作用 ,但尚未发现NOS基因多态性与KD冠脉损害存在关联。KD小鼠模型心肌、小动脉壁iNOS和硝基化酪氨酸检测阳性。因此 ,有必要进一步研究NO在KD中的作用。
