牛磺酸对小鼠和家兔血脂的影响

Influence of taurine on the blood -lipids in mice and rabbits

研究目的探讨牛磺酸对小鼠和家兔血脂的影响。研究背景牛磺酸对动物血脂的影响报道结果不一致,为此,我们作了进一步的探讨。研究方法通过建立高血脂动物模型,观察补充牛磺酸饲料对高脂动物血脂的影响。结果饲料中牛磺酸可提高小鼠血清HDL—c含量及HDL—c/TC比值(P<0.05),降低家兔血清总胆固醇、脂质过氧化物,并抑制血小板聚集(P<0.05)。结论牛磺酸具有调节血脂、预防血栓形成和防治动脉粥样硬化的作用。

Objective To research the influence of thetaurine 0n the blood—lipids in mice and rabbits. Background The effects of taurine on theblood—lipids have been reported in abroad,butthe result was not ldentified.’I’herefore furtherstudy is required on it. Method Through the hyperlipemia model inanimal and feed it with forage containe thetaurine,the sel‘um T—c, HDL-c andHDL—c/T—c in mice,and T—c,LP0 and PA jnrabbits,were determined respectively.
