易破裂斑块的血管内检测 被引量：1

摘要 研究发现引起急性冠脉综合征的常见"罪犯"斑块具有特殊形态特征,不但容易破裂, 继发血栓形成阻塞管腔,而且常规冠脉造影难以检出。鉴于其危害性,众多学者致力于采用新型血管内检测方法检出这种易破裂斑块。本文对相关的血管内检测方法作一综述。
