Relationship Between Quality of Life and Social Support in Patients with Liver Cirrhosis

目的探讨肝硬化患者生活质量与社会支持状况,为临床护理实践提供依据。方法采用生活质量测定简表 (WHOQOL BREF)和社会支持量表对50例肝硬化患者(肝硬化组)和30名健康人(对照组)进行生活质量及社会 支持状况调查和评定。结果肝硬化组患者生活质量和社会支持总分较对照组显著降低(均P<0.01);生活质量与 社会支持呈显著正相关(r=0.63,P<0.01);社会支持低的患者其生活质量也较低。结论在临床护理实践中应了 解患者生活质量与社会支持状况,尽可能调动社会支持系统,以提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the relationship between quality of life and social support in patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods Fifty patients with liver cirrhosis as observation group and 30 cases as control healthy group were investigated by using WHOQOL-BREF quality of life scale and social support scale. Results Quality of life and social support score in the patients with liver cirrhosis were significantly lower than that in control groups (P<0.01). There was a significantly positive relationship between these two variables (r=0.63,P<0.01). Conclusion It is necessary for the nurses to know the condition of quality of life and social support, to strengthen social support net and improve the life quality of patients with liver cirrhosis.
