摘要 针对IEC和我国国家标准即将推行的绝缘材料εr和tanδ测量方法,利用我们自行研制的变间隙不接触三电极系统,研究了相应的测量技术。通过对板材以及薄膜试样的测量,验证了研制的电极系统测量结果的准确性及可靠性,并对测试过程的有关影响因素进行了研究,为正确测量提出了建议。 According to the measuring method of εr and tanδ which will be pushed by IEC and national standards in the soon future, this paper introduces the adjustable non-contact electrode we developed and its application to measure insulating materials' εr and tanδ The data obtained from plate and thin film sample verified the electrode system's accuracy and reliability. Research on relevant influencing factors is carried out and suggestions for correct measurement are presented.
