摘要
本文采用软X射线照影技术,研究中国对虾(Penaeus chinensis)在不同时间、水温以及其个体大小的情况下,对钡剂饲料消化排空的规律。结果表明,对钡剂饲料的消化排空时间(y),随着体长(x)的增长而延长:y=2.634+0.413x(r=0.81,n=29);随着水温(x)上升或下降,食物排空时间(y)减少或增加:y=148.41x^(-0.95)(r=0.70,n=38);体长l与其胃中食物X光映像面积(s)之间呈幂指数函数关系,S=0.07968l^(2.6233)(r=0.77,n=18)。这些规律为探索中国对虾一次摄食量和日摄食节律,正确制定成虾养殖中合理投饲量和投饲次数提供了一定的科学依据。
This paper studies the digesting and emptying rules of the food (thebarium sulfite food)passage for Penaeus chinensis in different periods under water tempera-tures and the body lengh by means of the technique of the soft X-ray photograph. Theresults show that the digesting and emptying time of the food passage extended with theincrease of the body lengh. The relationship between the digesting and emptyingtime (Y, h) and the body length (X, cm) was Y=2.6233+0.413X (r=0.81n=29). And the relationship between the image areas of radiograph (S, mm^2)and the body length (L, cm) was S=0.07963L^(2.6233) (r=0.77, n=38). Thedigesting and emptying time of the food passage become long when the watertemperature rose, and vise versa. The relationship between the digesting andemptying time(Y, h)and water temperature (X, ℃) was Y=148.41^(-0.95) (r=0.70,n=18). These experimental results might be applied to the exploration of the diet quan- tity feed each time and the daily feeding rhythm so that the suitable feeding quantityand frequency may be introduced in culture of adult P. chinensis
