摘要
文章运用网络信息服务客户满意度的五个指标,运用模糊层次分析法给出了实例分析 目的是为准确把握网络信息客户满意程度。
It is a necessary work to evaluate the credit of the information company in service .In this paper the five characteristic indexes are quanlfied with fuzzy mathematical methods,and a method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the credit of the information company given out.This method has strong operability because of the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis.
