410t/h CFB锅炉调试期间MFT动作的原因分析及其处理

Cause Analysis and Treatment on MFT Actuation in Commissioning Phase of A 410 t/h CFB Boiler

河北热电有限责任公司技改工程410t/h循环流化床(CFB)锅炉调试期间发生了几起锅炉MFT事故,对其进行了分析总结,提出了一些建议和防范措施,对大型CFB锅炉的调试及运行有借鉴作用。

Several MFT faults of boiler occurred in the commissioning phase of technical renovation project of 4×410 t/h CFB boilers in Hebei Power Cogeneration Co., Ltd. This paper analyzes and summaries these faults and proposes some suggestions and prevention measures. The authors hope this paper can provided useful references to the commissioning and operation of large CFB boilers.
