摘要
根据CFB锅炉耐火材料的脱水机理及大型CFB锅炉的结构特点,提出了大型CFB锅炉烘炉方法,并在410t/hCFB锅炉得以应用,在实践中积累了大量经验,摸索并改进烘炉方法,取得了良好的效果,提高了烘炉质量,保证了大型CFB锅炉运行的可靠性。
Based on the dehydrating mechanism of refractory material and the structure features of large CFB boilers, a dry off procedure for large CFB boiler is proposed, which is used for 410 t/h boilers and provide practical experience to improve boiler dry off procedure. In this way, good results with high quality boiler dry off, thus enhancing the reliable operation of CFB boilers.
