概述了分子生物学技术包括DNA(G+C)mol%的测定、核酸杂交、分子标记技术、蛋白质技术等在环境微生物多相分类中的应用,分析了各项技术的优缺点,介绍了最新进展和发展的方向。
The application of molecular biology techniques in polyphasic taxonomy of environmental microorganisms is summarized, which includes DNA (G+C) mol% analysis, nucleic acid hybridization, 16sr DNA sequencing, molecular marker techniques, such as RFLP, RAPD, AFLP, SSR, ISSR, etc. These techniques' advantages and disadvantages in polyphasic taxonomy of environmental microorganisms have been analyzed. The use of molecular biology techniques to environmental microorganisms research provides new understanding of microbial community. They give us a more complete picture of this area.
