摘要
增透膜是光学中常用的器件,但常用的N4薄膜,并没有使透射光的光强达 到最大.研究了通过多层镀膜来改善增透效果,同时也增加了透射光的频宽.
The enhanced film is a usual apparatus in optics, but current N4 films can't culminate the light. Multiple films are used to improve the effect of transmission, and at the same time the bandwidth of the light can be widen are studied.
