复方通塞脉片提取工艺的研究

Study on Extraction Techniques of Compound Tongsemaipian

目的 :比较复方通塞脉片组方药材的不同提取方法 ,并优选出最佳提取工艺。方法 :分别以总黄酮、总皂苷的含量为指标 ,考察药材单独提取后混合及混合提取对指标性成分煎出率的影响 ,并采用正交试验确定最佳的提取工艺。结果 :药材混合提取对总黄酮、总皂苷的煎出率高于单独提取后混合 ,并且 2种提取方法对总皂苷的提取得率存在显著差异。结论 :以药材混合提取 ,提取的最佳工艺为 70 %的乙醇提取 3次 ,每次 1h。

Objective: to compare the different extraction methods of ingredients of compound Tongsemaipian and select the best. Methods: with the total flavone and total saponin as indicators, the extraction rates were compared between the mixed extraction and the extracted mixture and the best abstraction technique was then confirmed by means of orthogonal test. Results: as for the extraction rate of total flavone and total saponin, the mixed extraction was higher than the other method, and there was significant difference between the extractions of total saponin. Conclusion: the superior method is to extract after mixture with alcohol at a concentration of 70% three times for one hour each.
