镍与吡啶-2,6-二甲酸配合物的合成与晶体结构 被引量:9

SYNTHESIS AND CRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF COORDINATION COMPOUND OF NICKEL PYRIDINE-2,6-DICARBOXYLIC ACID

摘要 合成了镍( )与吡啶-2,6-二甲酸配合物[Ni(HDPC)2]·3H2O,并获得其单晶.该配合物单晶属单斜晶系,空间群为P21/C,晶胞参数:a=1.3670(2)nm,b=1.0043(10)nm,c=1.3767(2)nm,β=115.140(10)°,V=1.7110(4)nm3,Z=4,Dc=1.727Mg/m3,μ=1.201mm-1,F(000)=912,结构偏离因子R=0.0288和ωR=0.0798,吻合因子S=1.013. The compound of nickel pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid has been formed in the solution of nickel(Ⅱ) chloride salt.The molecular and crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The results indicate that the complex crystal is monoclinic with space group P2_1/C and unit cell parameters [Ni(HDPC)_2]·3H_2O a=1.367 0(2) nm,b=1.004 3(10) nm,c=1.376 7(2) nm,β=115.140(10)°,V=1.711 0(4) nm^3,Z=4,D_c=1.727 Mg/m^3,μ=1.201 mm^(-1),F(000)=912,final R=0.028 8,ωR=0.079 8,S=1.013.
