摘要
师资队伍建设是高校建设与发展的永恒主题。改革开放以来 ,高校师资队伍建设取得了巨大成就 ,但从总体上看仍存在一些亟待解决的问题。转变观念、提高认识 ,切实搞好师资队伍建设 。
Faculty construction is an eternal theme in the construction of higher education.Since the reform and opening up,faculty constructionin higher education has make great achievements,but overall there are still some urgent problems at present.Therefore,it is an arduous task to change the attitude,enhance the cognition and conscientiously improve the faculty construction.
