社会财富分配不均是总需求不足的关键

改革开放至今 ,以市场调节为基础的收入分配格局已开始形成 ,收入差距逐渐拉开 ,这对于打破平均主义、刺激效率和促进资源合理配置产生了积极作用。但由于分配的法则不合理 ,使收入分配出现了“大”、“斜”、“乱” ,由此导致了社会财富分配不均。这种状况使得目前我国启动消费需求和扩大投资需求的政策收效甚微。因此 ,当前调整社会财富分配不均的状况 ,是扩大总需求。

Since reform and open the door,income distribution structure based on regulation by market forces is shapping up.The income gap is getting wide.It played a positive role for that breaking the equalitarianism.Stimulating efficiency and promoting a rational distribution of resource.But because of unrational distribution rules,income distribution is appearing `large',`oblique'and `disorder',result in distribution unequally of social wealth. Those result in the policy of switching on consumption and expanding investment demand not be very effective in our country.So make adjustments in the condition of distribution unequally of social wealth,is the key of expanding gross demand,pulling economic high speed growth.
