Discussion on Rebuilding Business Culture

传统工业时代的企业文化模式已经不适应现代企业的发展 ,企业文化需要重塑 ,而重塑是一个长期的、艰苦的、动态的创建过程 。

By analysing the classical business culture,this paper pointed that the model of the classical industry couldn't apply to the development of the modern business,so that,the business culture should to be rebuilt.It must be a long,difficult and trend process.This paper furnished the condition,character,particular steps model,especially,the ways and advises to the solution of this problem.
