摘要
高校内部管理体制改革作为高等教育改革的一个重要方面,对于转换机制,不断提高学校的内在活力、教育质量和办学效益起着至关重要的作用。院(系)作为学校的基本教学单位,由于专业不同,形成条件和发展历程不同,情况错综复杂,突出矛盾也不一样。因此,抓住主要矛盾,选择好改革的切入点,找准突破口,妥善处理好改革、发展与稳定的关系是改革成败与否的关键。
As one of the most important aspects of reformation of highereducation, the reformation of administration system within universities, is of great importance on mechanisms transformation, internal activation, education quality and education benifits. Because of their difference in academic disciplines, such as different formation condition and different history, colleges and/or departments as the essential educational organizations within a university, have different principal contradictions. The key factors affecting the success of reformation involve grasping the principal contradiction, taking good selection of cut-in point of reformation, seeking proper breakthrough point, and dealing properly with the relations among reformation, development and stabilization.
