复合中药制剂对大鼠肾脏组织自由基代谢变化及抗疲劳能力的作用 被引量:3

Effects of Chinese Herbal Medicine Compound on Free Radical Metabolism and Fatigue Elimination in Mice

摘要 大鼠服用复合中药制剂 (中药制剂主要成份 :当归、黄芪、人参、玉竹、三七等 8味中药 ) 2周后 ,进行一次性力竭运动 ,测定大鼠在进行力竭运动前及运动后即刻、2 h、4h及 6 h肾脏组织脂质过氧化水平 (L PO)、超氧化物歧化酶活性 (SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶活性 (GSH- Px)及运动至力竭的时间。结果显示 :对照组大鼠肾脏组织在运动结束后即刻 L PO显著升高 ,SOD及 GSH-Px活性显著下降。服药组大鼠肾脏组织在运动结束后即刻 L PO显著升高 ,SOD及 GSH- Px活性无显著性下降。运动后恢复期中 ,服药组大鼠 L PO较对照组大鼠肾脏组织 L PO呈现较快的下降趋势 ,SOD和 GSH- Px活性呈现较快的上升趋势。服药组大鼠较对照组运动至力竭时间明显提高。 Mice received forced oral administration of 10ml Chinese herbal compound per day for two weeks by means of a cannula inserted into the esophagus.LPO contents、SOD activity、GSH Px activity in Kidney tissue and exercise time to exhaustion were tested before,immediately after exhustive exercise and at the end of 2nd,4th and 5th hour during recovery period.The results indicated that LPO contents in kidney tissues in control gruop were decreased significant immediately after exhaustive exercise and SOD、GSH Px activity had an apparent increase.The increase of LPO contents in Kidney tissues in drug group was significant after exhaustive exercise. During the recovery period,a tendency was showed that LPO contents in drug group decreased much faster than it in control group.SOD and GSH px activity increased much faster than it in control group.The exhaustive exercise time in drug group was significantly longer than that in control group.
