建国初期我国体育科技发展的历史回眸

A Review on the Development of Sports Science and Technology in the Initial Period of People's Republic of China

采用文献法、历史法、比较分析法 ,回顾了 1949～ 196 6年我国体育科技发展历程。研究表明 :建国初期在党和政府的关怀下 ,随着体育管理机构的建立和完善、体育科教人才培养和研究机构的建立、体育科技期刊 (社 )的创办 ,我国体育科技发展已初具规模 ;模仿、借鉴、学习苏联的经验是建国初期我国体育科技发展的必由之路 ,独立探索是我国体育科技发展的起点 ;政治因素对我国体育科技的发展具有十分显著的影响 ;坚持实事求是、“百花齐放 ,百家争鸣”是我国体育科技发展的基本方针。

With documents and history materials, this paper reviewed the development of Chinese sports science and technology in 1949～1966. In the initial period after the founding of new China and with the intensive supports from the party and government, the Chinese sports science take shape through set up administrative structure, education and research institutions and publishing academic periodicals. The only choice we have in developing sports science and technology for new China then is to follow the experience of formal Soviet Union. The political factors have an obvious influence on the development of sports science and technology of new China. To pursue the truth and encourage different opinions is the principle of development of Chinese sports science and technology.
