我国竞技体育职业化研究综述

A Review on the Research Work of Sports Professionalism in China

本文运用文献综述法探讨了我国竞技体育职业化理论与实践中的几个问题 ,包括我国实行竞技体育职业化的原因、职业化的界定及其特征、职业化的积极效应与消极效应、制约我国竞技体育职业化发展的因素以及在我国实行职业化应采取的措施等 ,以期促进我国竞技体育职业化的理论研究和实践探索。

In this paper, some problems concerning theory and practice of sports professionalism in China were analyzed, which included the causes, definitions, characters, positive and negative effects, restricting factors and measures of sports professionalism in China. This research work summary was expected to be beneficial to promote the theoretical research and practical exploration of our sports professionalization.
