摘要
采用文献研究、问卷调查、访谈、多因素分析等方法 ,以 3所中学学生群体为对象 ,探讨中学生外踝损伤的机制。研究显示 ,中学生外踝损伤率高 ,首先与踝关节的解剖结构和人体姿态稳定性强弱相关联 ,与学生运动时的心态、准备工作、运动技术掌握程度、局部负荷量等也有一定关系 。
Abstract: In this paper, the malleolus lateralis injury mechanism was study based on the questionnaire investigation and interview. The results showed that the high rate of malleolus lateralis injury is connected with anatomy and posture of the body. It also had some connection with the mood, preparation, skills and movement load of the student in the sports. The related proposals on solving the problem were advanced.
