摘要
采用莫雷诺社会测量法 ,对我国甲级女子排球队的群体内聚力现状进行了调查研究。通过对问卷调查结果的统计处理与逻辑分析 ,反映了我国女子排球队的群体内聚力基本现状和人际关系的结构以及存在的问题 ,以期为我国女子排球的科学训练。
Based on Moninor social measurement, the author made an analysis on cohesive situation of women volleyball team. The result was statistically processed and analyzed. It reflected the present situation of collective cohesion, public relation structure and existing problems in women volleyball team in China. The main purpose is to provide reference for scientific training, competition and management.
