摘要
采用测量法与对比评价研究的方法 ,分析了体育锻炼 (传统健身锻炼、长跑、跳舞 )对中老年妇女身体形态与机能状况的影响。证实体育锻炼能增强中老年妇女的体质及心肺功能 ,具有既健身又健美的作用。
Based on measurement and comparison method, this article analyses the influences of different training methods to middle and aged women's physique and function. Traditional exercise methods such as running or dancing can improve constitution and cardiopulmonary function. Dancing is an effective training method for middle and aged women.
