In the time of knowledge economy creativity and creative capacity is an essential demand of quality education to help students develop their interests and aptitudes for creating new ideas, new technique, etc. Quality education aims to provide students with solid cultural basis and improving their mode of thinking for actualizing their desire and ability for originality. Therefore, to build a democratic, progressive and open environment of culture,to speed the transformation of education ideology,to establish multiple views of talent, to encourage the development of individuality,and to cultivate creative talents,are the most important tasks in quality education.
