摘要
本文借鉴西方经济学的人力资本理论,在对高等教育投资的成本、收益分析的基础上,结合我国目前高等教育供给短缺的情况,分析说明了现阶段国家增加高等教育投资的必要性,同时也说明了我国实行高教成本补偿制度的合理性以及个人投资消费高等教育的可行性。
On the basis of the cost-benefit analysis of investment in higher education , this paper employs the theory of human resources in west economics, combined with the supply situation of higher education in our country at present, expounds necessity of increasing the investment in higher education , and discusses the reasonableness of indemnifying measures for the cost of higher education and possibility of individual investment in higher education.
